A Robomow service operator can identify the majority of faults using Robomow’s remote diagnostics tools (such as Remote Access via the Robomow App), and then send a part for easy replacement. In this way, the unique Modular Design concept of Robomow products minimizes repair time and improves customer satisfaction.
