- Make sure your mobile device is not connected to Wi-Fi – cannot get notification if on Wi-Fi.
- Make sure you have enough service bars – if reception in your area is very low there will be no notifications.
- Open “Robomow App”: Click on “Menu”, then “Lawn & Mower Settings”, then “Notifications Settings”.
- Check that “Remote Connectivity” is turned ON then click “Test Notification”.
- If it fails, try 2-3 more times then: Contact Customer Support
- If it passes but you still do not received Notifications: Contact Customer Support
