Problem: From base station, when sending mower to edge, or to mow a sub zone, your mower begins mowing in main zone instead. It may mow for a short period for about 10 to 50 feet (3 to 15m) and then stops with “Time Completed” message.
Also, it may only show “Mow” and “Edge Mow” icons when out of base but does not show the third, “Home” icon on the right. See picture below:
Step 1 – Write down all of the important settings for the customer and the mower.
Step 2 – Perform a Software Reset on the mower using the buttons shortcut or by enter the Service menu.
