Step 1 – Was the mower found on the perimeter wire?
If Yes – See the article Not Docking Correctly or Found Stopped on the Perimeter Wire.
If No – Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Was the mower found inside the lawn?
If Yes – Press the Up arrow or Service ⇢ Information ⇢ Events ⇢ History to obtain the last stop cause error code. Then, view the list of Last Stop Cause Error Codes.
If mower doesn’t wake up, dock it manually until it is fully charged, turn it on and then press the Up arrow or Service ⇢ Information ⇢ Events ⇢ History to obtain the last stop cause error code.

Step 3 – Has this happened more than once recently?
If Yes – Contact customer support to learn what they can see on this mower history where and why it stopped recently.
If No – Use the mower and observe if it happens again.
