Step 1 – Mower stops or changes direction where there is no obstacle or wire, or may be missing specific areas. Is there a high current electricity cable or metal mesh (Such as Goffer Mesh) buried in the mower’s installed lawn area?
If Yes – While docked, try changing wire type to A, B or C and see if it resolves. The default value is A.
If No – Test and calibrate wire sensors through mower’s service menu and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Have the wire sensors been tested and calibration resulted in “Passed” message?
If Yes – Run the mower and see if issue is recurrent. If it is, proceed to Step 3.
If No – Make sure base station head and power supply and extension are working. Then replace parts in this order: Front Board, Main Board, Wire Harness between them.
After Front Board is replaced, perform hardware back to default.
Step 3 – Run the mower and make sure it runs correctly.
If Yes – Problem solved.
If No – Contact customer support.
