Step 1 – Was the mower found stuck mid-yard and the front wheel dropped down into a ditch, hole in the ground, or front of the mower sitting raised up on a tree root making the front wheel drop down?
If Yes – Fix installation issue. Problem solved.
If No – Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Perform a front wheel test through mower service menu: Service ⇢ 897 ⇢ Tests ⇢ Front Wheel. Has the mower passed the front wheel test?
If Yes – Let it work for a few days and see if the issue resurfaces.
If No – Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 – Replace parts in this order: Front Board, Main Board, Wire Harness between them. Did this fix the issue?
If Yes – Problem solved.
If No – Contact customer support.
